Counting cards or using rigged dice will certainly get you banned from a Las Vegas casino, and it might even lead to an unpleasant visit from a man named Guido, but cheating a bass fishing tournament? Well, that’s a whole other matter.

According to the Helena Independent Record, a man in Kentucky was recently sentenced to three years probation for taking part in a scheme to defraud a local fishing tournament. According to police and the local Fish & Wildlife service, Dwayne Nesmith and Brian Thomas stashed a basket of fish in Lake Barkley and were seen pulling fish from the basket and putting them in their livewell during the Relay for Life Tournament last April.
