Now this is true love for a football fan

Imagine you’re in this situation: Your hometown football team hasn’t competed for a title in more than a decade and now they’re on the brink of reaching the Super Bowl. The problem is, your wife is expecting your first child any day now, which might mean you’ll miss the Big Game. What do you choose, child or football team? Luckily for one Chicago man, that choice was removed this week when his wife decided to induce labor early so as not to interfere with the NFC Championship game this weekend.
Colleen Pavelka, a school teacher in Chicago, was due to give birth on Monday, but knowing her husband was planning on attending the Bears game against the Saints on Sunday, she asked her doctor to induce labor on Friday. The eight-pound, nine-ounce baby was delivered that night.
I sure hope Mark Pavelka had a good time at the game today. He’ll be paying for it for the rest of his life.
